A 1st for me

I thought that I saw a small plane going down tonight. It was 5:50 pm , I was on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington CT when I saw this white object falling from the sky. Watching the 11 pm news tonight I learned that it was a meteor. First one I ever saw.

Kennedy Center Awards

I think it's shameful that the climate amongst the Hollywood Elite had our president not attend the Kennedy Center Honors. He felt that they would be less intimidated with his absence. I couldn't help the notice that of the five honorees there is only one of them that is Caucasian.

Good old Dick

Dick Blumenthal was on the TV again, go figure. This time he's there at the Red Roof Inn in Hartford bragging about how hundreds of Puerto Ricans displaced by Hurricane are being housed there. No doubt these people are being housed at  taxpayer of Connecticut expense. And then he gets on the microphone, again, and says that the island of Puerto Rico must not just be rebuilt and repaired but it must be restored. Well Mr. Blumenthal, you're a Mega millionaire from Greenwich Connecticut. How much was your donation?  Put your money where your mouth is.

Death Row in Democratic California

There are 747 people on California's death row.  I doubt you will ever see any of these people executed before they die of old age. I bring this up today because Christmas Eve is the 15th anniversary of Scott Peterson's murder of his wife Laci and their unborn baby boy.
California is so liberal this guy will live a long life at San Quentin. I will pay my own airfare out there to execute him for them.

It's a great day for the Republican Party. The new tax reform bill has passed. The old Chuck and Nancy show we're already on the road saying that all this is going to be devastating. Well people that will not benefit too much from this new bill are in fact people from highly taxed Democratic states like New York and California where Chuck and Nancy come from. For the rest of the country, this is a great thing. Corporations will be able to pay less taxes, hire more people, pay their present people more money, and boost sales which stimulates the economy.  The Dow is close to 25,000 and life in the USA is getting better.

Just watched Entertainment Tonight,. 3 accusers say Dustin Hoffman  sexually abused them in the 80's.  Again 3 more women that waited over 3 decades to ruin a respected actors name.

The MeToo movement

I find it amazing that there are as many casting couches and perverted men taking advantage of women.  I knew it happened, but had no idea it was that widespread. Holier -than-though news reporters and movie producers with 60+ accusers, they can't all be lying. It's disgusting.  But, as always in this blog, we try to look at the total picture.
First,. Do the accusers share any of the responsibility ? Many of these guys claim they were under the impression that acts were concentual.  Can this be true ? Have women ever tried to use their sexuality to rise in the ranks or get ahead. Some of them have waited 30-40 years to come forward.
Second,  do these accusers dress provocatively because maybe they were attracted to their boss that may have been a man of great celebrity and power.
Lastly,. Does the penalty fit the crime ?
Should a man who was maybe teased and provoked into playing a little grab ass over 40 years ago when he was in his 20's now be ousted from mega millions of dollars positions and lose the empire they spent 4 decades  creating.
It reminds me of how people over react to thing that they may have heard about without considering the consequences. Like Paula Deen,. She used the 'N' word almost 30 years ago (when it wasn't called the 'N' word). She did this only 1 time. The price she paid was the loss of her $100 million dollar empire. Sponsors jumped ship on her, she lost 3 TV shows on the Food Network, business dropped at her restaurant, sales of her cookbooks dropped and people just hated her. 
You tell me if that was a proper response to her 1word 3+ decades ago.
In closing,. No women should ever be raped. But also, if you have a great ass, and you know it, don't put it in a short, black, tight dress then stick it in the face of a male and act surprised if you get a little love tap on it. Then use that 3 decades later to try and destroy him. Speak up immediatly, let him know how you feel and I can almost guarantee that it will never happen again.

There is just so much petty BS going on that I can't write that much.  But to be brief, they need to end Robert Muller's investigation. And they need to prosecute ex director Comey and Hillary. 

Its a black thing

Albert Gibbs of South Florida has started an organization that opens up doors and give scholarships to young black men. He even treats them to haircuts and claims that it is a safe haven for black men in a barber shop. He buys them computers and wants to see them get ahead. While all this is Honorable, I always look at things from a different pair of glasses. What would happens if somebody opened up an organization like this just for white people. I do believe there would be Al Sharpton  in the streets claiming that it's total discrimination. I don't get it. Which also makes you wonder, you've heard me say these before, about the black student union and the black bar association in the black Officers Association and let us not forget the Black Entertainment Network. As I watch today's news I see that many people are boycotting the opening of the Civil Rights Museum in Mississippi. Their reasoning is that President Trump will be there. How Petty can these people get??  This man is the president of the United States, and he has chosen to take his busy schedule and alter it to be there for this opening. It is totally disrespectful that us congressmen would boycott such an event. Get over it. You lost the election. Deal with it.

Those who know me think I was born without a heart. They're mostly right, BUT I can't help to feel for the people affected by the fires in California. Normally I would consider this a form of cleansing us of some Democrats. And that is probably what's happening. Still, I still can't imagine losing everything you own. Screw the Pelosi's of the world, but I hope they saved their pets. They can't help it if some liberal ass adopted them.

Why are the LGBTQ rights more important than a person's religious rights.

There are plenty of places for these people to get a cake made. So why are they spending a fortune on legal fees and taking it to the Supreme Court.

Tonight I'm watching CBS 4 news from Miami. You might recall a posting I made a few months ago about the flood of people coming from Puerto Rico after the hurricane there. Well tonight on the news they announced that it's creating quite a problem in South Florida. People are coming ,  they have no place to live they have no way to make a living. Go figure. The Greater Miami area has seen  200,000 + people from the island since hurricane Maria. I'll bet they won't have a way to go back either.  It's not a surprise that the Miami-Dade area in Florida is one of only three blue areas on the political map.

Unbelievable

I don't know about you, but I am sick of hearing about these millionaire movie stars that are so depressed they have to stay in their Mansions all day long. I should be that depressed. Poor folks probably have to eat at a 4 star rather than a 5 star restaurant.

Finally

It's good to finally have a US Supreme Court that can do things that are right for the people. The travel ban lives. Against all those liberal federal judges that blocked it. Go Trump,. MAGA.

Flashback to a better time

This is a little different kind of a post for me. I'm sitting here watching the 50th anniversary of The Carol Burnett Show. And I still laugh when I see these characters . I don't laugh a whole lot during the shows these days. They just don't have the comedy that we used to see back then.

I just watched a commercial by Verizon. I applaud them. One of the best things I've heard in a long time. It said, "we don't wait for the future , we build the future".

United we stand

It's December 3rd Sunday morning and I'm watching CBS Face the Nation. As usual, John Dickerson is doing his best to try and steer the speakers into saying what he wants to blow up. Today he had Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham on his show , I was proud to see a united front. These two individuals stood their ground, spoke positive of everything that's happening with our president and our country right now , and it was just awesome to see.

Connecticut; Confused and Stupid

Gotta love the Dems.  Stub Hub is moving out of Connecticut and going to Utah. ESPN laid off another 150 people and Konica Minolta is moving its entire operation to New Jersey. But the Democrats here are just worried about hiding illegals in sanctuary churches.
And then there's UConn. The Republican students there invited a controversial conservative speaker. They started a mini Riot and stole his speech off the lectern, then they arrested him for going to get it back from the thief. Now UConn students are protesting that the school should never have allowed him to come their school and speak. Apparently there is only 1st amendment rights for liberals and not for Republicans.
And as of today, December 1st, cigarettes went up $4.50 per carton , all tax.  I don't smoke, but I sympathize with this group of people who are addicted to nicotine. This is an addiction like any other addiction. But yet they seem to be discriminated against. Connecticut mismanaged their funds and ran into problems again, so they penalize the state employees and the smokers.  Maybe they should put in an air tax. After all, we have to breathe. And they wonder why people are leaving the state by the hundreds every day and businesses are relocating to other states.

Elizabeth Warren

Not only did Elizabeth Warren lie about being a Native American Indian, but she plagiarized a recipe that was published. She said she had recipes that were handed down through the generations of her family . When she gave them for publication in a  book called pow wow chow (trying to legitimize her Native American background), she should have checked with the good old internet. When you searched the recipe , it came back as being a favorite of the British royals made by a chef at a well known restaurant in NYC.

Jason Negron is a 15 year old boy . He steals a car. Drives the car the wrong way on a one-way street. Gets pulled over by the police. Throws the car in reverse, hits the officer and takes off dragging him. The officer shoots and kills the jerk.

The Hispanic community holds a rally in Hartford demanding the officer be charged with murder.
This is so stupid I don't know where to start.
I think the officer should get a medal and a promotion for all the lives he saved by killing this piece of shit.

Black Friday, small business Saturday, Cyber Monday, now Giving Tuesday. When does it end.  Christmas has gotten so commercial, it's not fun anymore. People go and spend a lot of money that they don't have. And then when they get the bills in January and February they're stressed. Christmas used to be a time for the kids, and a fun time. .

Big shot Democrat Al Franken  was one of the first to ask for Republicans accused of any wrongdoing to resign. I am listening to his great apology news conference where he is adamant about the fact he will not resign.  Just like Clinton, Conyers and many other crooked liberals that were accused of wrong doing.  Sounds like the rules are different for them.  Nancy Pelosi or Hillary will never have to worry about sexual misconduct, who would want them.

Well it's Monday night November 20th and the moron Stephen Colbert is on again. As usual he surrounds himself with anti Trump people , tonight he will have on Elizabeth Warren who has made it very obvious that she's dissatisfied. He is  completing his assault on Roy Moore from Alabama. I can't help but to wonder if he's going to use the same Vigor on tomorrow nights show about Charlie Rose. Obviously this was taped prior to the announcement of the Charlie Rose sexual misconduct.

I never thought there were so many perverts in the world. What surprises me, is that these are all very influential and important people. Adding to the list now is Charlie Rose, the CBS Morning News (very liberal broadcast) anchor. This has cost him dearly. Apparently he has lost his show with PBS , Bloomberg has severed ties with him and CBS has suspended him. I guess I'm lucky to not be important.

Apparently at a state-funded university in New York City the students are protesting that they do not want any NYPD officers on campus at all not even to use the bathrooms. They say it makes them scared and that they don't trust the police. I wonder who they're going to call when somebody steals their precious little cell phone.

I'm guessing that Richard Blumenthal and Elizabeth Esty from Connecticut are up for reelection next year. They constantly stick their face in front of a TV camera.  So the big news today is that the woman that was supposed to be deported today has been granted an extension she admitted that she came here under falsified names and a falsified passport. She's been here for 17 years, she married a US citizen who is also Albanian and she's had 3 kids here that are all US citizens. They own a very popular restaurant, so why hasn't she worked towards getting an immigration lawyer and fixing this mess over the last 17 years?  Instead she waits until     deportation orders come thru and all of a sudden - there's a crisis and  prayer vigils and all kinds of news . And of course Richard Blumenthal gets the microphone and says " this is exactly why we need immigration reform, the present system is broken". Well, do we need to remind him that his Democratic president has been in office for the last 8 years and never fixed it .  Now our Republican president has inherited it. They should have done something about fixing it.

What next

Just saw the news. Besides the usual attacks on President Trump, the new accusation is that Kellogg's is racially insensitive. Apparently they put a brown sugar pop on the box that is a janitor. So what are they really saying ?  If they put no brown sugar pops on the box , they'd be accused of discrimination. I'm sure   they would be happy with a white janitor pop and brown pops being more important. But they Know that white people would not make a big deal out of it. Of course if any research was done they would find that a majority of schools with predominantly white people probably have minority custodial staff.  If they didn't,. There would be an outcry about the lack of diversity.

Why ??

Why is it the statues commemorating some of our civil war heroes are so offensive to liberals now but weren't offensive during the 8 years of the Obama presidency ??

Why aren't these same liberals offended by Martin Luther King and demanding all monuments commemorating him be removed and all streets (almost one in every town) named after him be renamed. After all it was very well known that he was opposed to gay marriage.

Italians unite

Today is Columbus Day. Christopher Columbus is a hero amongst the Italian people. So why is it the Millennials and the dreamers and the Democrats all think that their cause to deface statues and ruin festivities is more important than the Italians desire to celebrate. ??

Hillary Clinton is still living in her little make-believe world, in her mind , where she is president. I watched her on The Late Show with Jimmy Kimmel the other night where all she did was bash Trump trying to tell him that he should be sending Aid to Puerto Rico, and he should be sending supplies and ships, and he should be going against the gun lobby. Then she made fun of him saying that he should read her children's book. She questioned what he does  all day - sit around and watch cable TV, tweet and dream of things. She should get on a ship with Corden, Colbert, Kimmel, Anderson Cooper, Pelosi, Schumer, McCain, Lindsey Graham, Dianne Feinstein, Richard Blumenthal, Chris Murphy, Susan Collins, Barack and Michelle Obama, Rand Paul and a crazy guy that wants to blow up a cruise ship.  Then he should make his dream come true.

President Trump should draft all those pampered, millionaire football players.  Maybe they'll learn a little about respecting our flag and those who served and died for it. 

Maria hits CT

Well we can all sympathize with what hurricane Maria did to Puerto Rico. But of course Connecticut being as liberal and Democratic as it is has to go the extra mile. They are taking in thousands of students from Puerto Rico, into Connecticut schools and they're saying that we will feed them and we will give them medical attention and we will give them an education. Correct me if I'm wrong , it's the people that live in these towns that are already strained for budget money and are laying off teachers that run these schools. So our property taxes will have to go up so that we can feed and medically care for and educate a bunch of Puerto Rican kids that have never set foot on Connecticut soil in the past. 

Here comes Jose

After seeing what happened in Houston with hurricane Harvey and in Florida with hurricane Irma, I guess Connecticut got a little jealous. The weather casters here are already creating hype about Hurricane Jose which if it even gets to us will bring us maybe a rainy day with a little bit of wind. But it's a welcome relief to hear them talk about that rather than Trump bashing.  I'm guessing that within a day or so they will have everybody running to fill their bathtubs with water, their gas tanks in their cars, and removing every loaf of bread and jar of peanut butter you can find on any shelf in a supermarket. Oh well.

Florida

You have just got to love the state of Florida. I'm down here and have endured one of the worst weather disasters I've ever lived through in my 66 years. Hurricane Irma did a number on everything. But the people of Florida, we take care of our own, and we fix ourselves up. I don't see anybody jumping through all the Hoops they did for Texas. I don't see any movie stars in singing artists making million-dollar donations to help us. I don't see any major Red Cross Vans ushering through the towns. What I do see 1000 of Florida residents helping their neighbors and Friends. We were evacuated and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Fort Lauderdale about a mile and a half from the ocean. Although the hotel had its own problems with leaks on Windows and roofs and doors, the staff here could not have been better. We lost power several times, and endured howling winds and pelting rain. But the hotel staff stepped up to the plate, they helped every way they could, they too were staying here at the hotel and it was like home.  So hats off to Jean Jo the general manager of the holiday inn Express on Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale and her staff. From The Ranting Captain and many more,. "we appreciate your efforts".

Contrast

Well I'm down in Fort Lauderdale Florida riding  out hurricane Irma that's moving my way. I can't help but to notice the sharp contrasts between how well, and how organized the State of Florida , the county system of government and the governor of the state handle things compared to the chaos that happens in Connecticut. This is like a very smooth running machine with the Precision of a Swiss watch. I am very proud to be a Floridian from Broward County.

Connecticut really does suck

Governing magazine is a publication sent to state and government officials.  Although retired, they still send it to me.  Front cover of the September issue shows a picture of a beautiful estate in CT.  Headline reads how could the Nations wealthiest state be so screwed up.  Big article about Malloy being the worst of all 50 governors and our management of the state is poor.  Guess what people, it's been run by Democrats.  Vote them out.  Rosa Delaura has been in almost 40 years.  There should be term limits. These people only help themselves and their party. The same party that created all these problems.  You can't just mess everything up and expect the state employees to bail you out or tax your way out of it.

Hurricane Irma

I'm leaving for southern Florida to board up my house for Hurricane Irma. I can't help but to wonder if people are all going to send me money and donations when my place is blown apart. I'm white, I'm retired , I won't have to go into a shelter but I will have to rebuild and restock.
I don't begrudge the people that have been harmed by Hurricane Harvey in Texas. My fear is that everybody that has donated so far will feel they've already done their part and not want to donate any more for the people in Florida. The Florida hurricane right now is a category 5 with winds over 185 miles per hour. It is the worst storm recorded in the Atlantic history.   Let's hope for the best.

My blood pressure

All of this stuff going on just cannot be good for my blood pressure. Today I have two things to talk about. First, Whoopi Goldberg, she wants to know what mrs. Trump is doing in Texas. I'm sure she didn't ask any questions when Michelle Obama went to the disasters with her husband. And second, is the Soros Squad out there again. This time about DACA. I was watching the news and all I saw was all these lily-white Democrats out there protesting DACA. It doesn't even concern them. But because it was something done by Trump, the Democrats don't like it and they will do their usual daily protests around the entire country.

The time has come.

That little shit Kim Jung Un waited until we had a national disaster (Houston) then fired a missile over Japan.  He was told not to mess with the US or it's allies.  It's time to stick it up his pint size ass. I still don't know why we haven't taken him out yet.

The Budget

Well here it is almost the end of August  and Connecticut still does not have a state budget. You'd think these Democrats would get off their butts and do something. Instead they're busy worrying about slamming the Republicans and boosting their images for reelection. Many towns have had to cut services, lay off teachers and staff and close facilities. The Town of Scotland may have to dissolve or go bankrupt.  This is what happens when a government is run by Democrats.

No win situation

Just lost some of the respect that I had for Senator Bernie Sanders.  I felt that he got screwed by the Dems and Hillary's campaign.
I just watched him on CBS this morning. When asked about President Trump visiting the Houston area today, Sanders said it is probably too soon.  If Trump didn't go,  there would be an uproar because it took a few days for his visit.   There is no way to win.  Screw them all.  Let Trump be Trump. 

Harvey

I sympathize with the people who are experiencing problems from hurricane Harvey. 
I especially feel bad for the pets that are being left behind and are now being found.
People knew for a couple of days in advance that this storm was coming and the magnitude of it. I know that if it was something that was going to strike my area, two days in advance my three dogs, my wife and I would be in vehicles and heading for the hills. Our dogs are like our kids.

Sheriff Joe .

The Liberals are on the warpath again. President Trump did a very good thing in pardoning Sheriff Joe Arpaio.  Joe is 85 years old and has spent over 50 years of his life as a man of honor, protecting and serving the people of Maricopa county in Arizona.  His geographical location is rampant with illegals sneaking over the border.  Sheriff Joe did what needed to be done for his community. Apparently that's not good enough of an explanation for the snowflakes and for the Democrats. So they took Sheriff Joe to court and won their argument that it was considered racial profiling. Well Sheriff Joe , being The Honorable man of the law that he is, didn't obey that order but he intended on keeping his community safe and was promptly arrested for it. He was convicted but not sentenced yet. President Trump did the right thing by pardoning this honorable man. If Hillary had won the election I'm sure the first thing she would have done was Grant herself a blanket pardon. She's very fortunate that President Trump has a heart and is not going after her and throwing her skank butt in jail.
Kudos to Sheriff Arpaio and President Trump.

He's the reason why players feel that it's ok to disrespect our flag and country by kneeling during the National Anthem.

And then there's Al Sharpton

The stupid, idiotic Al Sharpton should learn to choose his words before they come back and bite him on the ass. This idiot made a big stink on TV about places like the Jefferson Memorial being funded with federal dollars. He said it's offensive to him that his tax dollars are being used for something that he hates. Well as it was pointed out, Al Sharpton owes the government over a million dollars in back taxes. I would which  of his tax dollars were used for these national monuments.

Stupid state senator from Missouri

A black, female Democratic state senator from Missouri made the stupid comment that she hopes that president Trump gets assassinated. And then very boldly said that she refuses to apologize for it. Let's get something clear -  if I, the Ranting Captain, stated that I wanted Obama to be assassinated a few years ago, I would get a visit from the Secret Service. There's no way this woman should keep her position and stay in office. She should be prosecuted and thrown in jail. Just another example of the double standard. You don't see the Democratic Leadership or any high-ranking Democrats coming out and opposing this woman's comments and condemning her.

Jesse Watters for Prez

He says it like it is. He reminded people in his show the other night that Robert E Lee and most of the slave owners were Democrats most of the Confederates were Democrats at the time. He talked about defacing Abraham Lincoln's statue in Chicago. He mentioned that Chicago is the land of Lincoln, and Lincoln was the one who freed the slaves. These people are just stupid.
Other key points were that Nancy Pelosi, who is now lobbying for removal of statues from the US Capitol , has been in office for 30 years. How come now, 30 years later, she's offended by the statues. She went 30 years without being offended. And what about Democratic senator Robert Byrd who was a member of the KKK.
You can't even say that the Democrats are two-faced. They have multiple faces.

Painful to watch

It's becoming more and more painful to watch the statues of our history be taken down. The Civil War was almost 200 years ago and for 200 years many generations of descendants from slaves and Confederates have revered the statues as part of our history. They feel they were a reminder of where the country once was and shows us how far we have come. So why is this new generation of people, almost 200 years later , all of a sudden feeling pain from the presence of these statues. Once they come down they don't mean the same. What's next do we pack up our families and zip them off to Mount Rushmore , Stone Mountain or to the battlefields in Williamsburg and Fredericksburg Virginia , because they may not be there in the future. Or maybe somebody will come up with some stupid idea like putting Martin Luther King and Barack Obama on Mount Rushmore instead and getting rid of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. We are Americans. This is our history. Embrace it. Deal with it. I can't imagine visiting Washington DC and having the Washington Monument , the Jefferson Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial all gone. Also, in our US Capitol every state can put up two monuments . So now they're compiling a list of which ones should be taken down. It has to stop.

Lost society

We have finally shown that we are a Lost Society. Actions in Charlottesville Virginia this past week and the events after it have shown us that there is never going to be a way to please everybody. Our president came out right away and denounced the actions of what happened and was criticized because he didn't name specific groups. So he came out within the next day and a half and named those specific groups. But that wasn't good enough, they said it took too long for him to do it. Yet their precious Obama disregarded completely commenting when black lives matter people killed cops and chanted death to Cops . I can only imagine how this looks to people in other countries. We look like the most dysfunctional family of Americans ever.

Senator Blumenthal

All I can say is, what a putz.  He's doing his usual campaigning, putting his face in front of every TV Camera, every day of the week. I don't know how many times president Trump has to say he's not looking to fire Robert Mueller . Apparently Senator Blumenthal thinks he actually has to write legislation preventing Trump from firing Mueller. He's just grasping headlines again. He wasn't prepared for president Trump to come back and bite his head off with all his fake Vietnam stuff. These Democrats still can't face the fact that they lost. Work with us for four years. If you don't like it , go back to your usual loser ways.

They just announced that Connecticut is the most expensive state in the country when it comes to heating and electrical costs. GO FIGURE.  Again,. You have to love wallet hub. So far they've named CT  in the bottom of places to go on vacation, states to live in , cost of living , energy and electric and a bunch of other things.  This state sucks , and it all starts with our Democratic leadership ( or lack  of).

Is anybody surprised that wallet hub has said Connecticut is the worst of all 50 states to retire in. Well the newest wallet Hub survey came out and said that we are also the 45th least patriotic state. The funny thing is when you look at the rest of the list the other least patriotic states.they  are Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut. A bunch of liberal states that were some of our very first states.  Go figure.

Vindicated

Comey did a great job of debunking all of the Democrats theories of collusion with the Russians and a whole host of other items. He showed how he was a leaker of information into the media, and of course the media that had that was the good old liberal New York Times who has not issued a apology  yet. He also showed us how crooked the old attorney general Loretta Lynch was under Obama, and how she tried to soften everything for the Hillary campaign. Donald Trump was cleared of any wrongdoing , collusion, and any obstruction of justice. He has been Vindicated but the good old liberal media isn't  ready to fall on their swords yet and say they were wrong all this time , and that they let Obama and Clinton  force them into making all those remarks in the media. Now maybe our president can get to work doing what we've elected him to do instead of having to defend himself of these frivolous charges all the time.

Kathy Griffin,. Dumbass

She was laughing and smiling when she was holding up a replica of a decapitated, bloody president Trump head. Well now she's crying because CNN and a bunch of other places if cancelled her shows.  I mean there are plenty of stupid comedians like Stephen Colbert and James Corden but it's real stupid poke the bear. Personally, I think the Secret Service should arrest her and throw her ass in jail. So now she's on TV talking about how she's not afraid of President Trump. And how the president and the first lady and his adult children are all conspiring to ruin her life. She needs to just take her lumps and shut up. 

Climate agreement

So our President has pulled us out of the Paris climate agreement. He feels that's what's best for us.  He said he's willing to renegotiate the agreement so that the US isn't the main financier of the agreement.  So of course the Democrats are on their soapbox again. Governor Malloy of Connecticut says well we're going to have our own climate agreement. I wish the liberal media would report all of the facts with the same thoroughness that they report everything about President Trump. They talk about how Governor Malloy and other governors of other states all feel what President Trump did was wrong and are going to join in this agreement with each other. So they fail to tell you that the States involved right now are Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts , Rhode Island, California and Washington. Look them up,. All democratic governors. Oh well.

Talk about Nerve

I guess you have to expect this in a Democratic state.    Students that are in the country illegally are actually protesting for their right to obtain government backed financial aid.
My personal feeling is that we should send ICE agents to the protest rally, round them all up and send them back.
They don't understand why US citizens don't want them to get federal financial aid ,then graduate, and then leave the country and never pay it back.
Of course that amounts to exactly what the Democratic party has wanted all along.  Free college education for everyone. 

Time magazine joins my list

I can't believe the may 29, 2017 issue of Time magazine.  It might as well be written by the Obama/Clinton campaign to destroy our country.  Unsubstantiated claims by unknown sources lead us to imagine what's being said in the west wing.  An article also featured many  newly unemployed people,  laid off because their factory is moving jobs to Mexico.  The big headline on this is that the factory is a few miles away from the Carrier plant that President Trump negotiated a deal with to keep them in the US. 
So Time might as well be the NY Times or the Washington Post.  Just another liberal rag.

Proud of my President

How could you not be proud of our president. The speech that he gave to the Muslim world over in Saudi Arabia and the balls that he had to speak to the NATO leaders about their underfunding of Defense was awesome.

Senator Richard Blumenthal is an idiot

There are big problems in Connecticut. Today is a Friday , and as usual whenever the state does layoffs they do them on a Friday. So while state employees today are receiving pink slips and finding out that the rest of their lives are probably going to be ruined, Richard Blumenthal is doing a press conference still worrying about Donald Trump and Russia. He needs to focus on the problems in Connecticut and what the citizens of Connecticut elected him for. Instead he so busy worrying about the Democratic party agenda.  When it comes time for another election you basically have to say all of these Democrats that have made it a lifelong career in politics , some of them over 40 years, Need to be removed and replaced. We need term limits.

Taxpayer funded witch hunt

It's obvious that the Democrats will never be happy.  They have still not gotten over the loss of the presidency.  When FBI director Comey first revealed Hillary Clinton's emails on a private server, the Democrats wanted him fired. Now that he's fired , they're all in an uproar because they say he  shouldn't have been. They're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to try and find out if there was anything between the Trump campaign and Russia. It's over, get over it. They make it impossible for him to do his job and run the government.  every day he has to spend three-quarters of that day defending his actions.  He's doing good things. Unlike the last 8 years.  You as a voter have in your power to get rid of these bureaucrats once and for all.  Send a message loud and clear at the next election that you've elected them to represent you not the Democratic party. 

Connecticut governor Malloy sucks

I tried to keep the blog clean but it's difficult.  Governor Malloy mismanaged the state for 6 years and always expects state employees to bail him out.  This piece of garbage is looking for 700 million in givebacks from them. Like most states and cities run by Democrats, disaster looms.  They keep giving what they don't have to give.  When will they learn.

Talk about irony

Connecticut governor Malloy (worst in history) through his mismanagement has once again gotten Connecticut in big financial trouble.  He did layoffs of 1,400 state employees and received over a billion dollars in concessions from State workers in the last year.  You would think that is enough.  No he's projecting a 1.7 billion dollar deficit for next year.  His solution this time is to layoff 4,200 state employees.  So where's the irony ?  On the same day he talks about ruining 4,200 people's lives, he announced that he has appointed another commissioner , who just happens to come from the old Obama administration, at a salary of $142,000.   He doesn't look at the employees as people with mortgages, car payments, kids in school or parents to care for.  He sees them as a solution to his mismanagement. 
Now that he's announced that he won't seek reelection (only smart thing he's ever done) he's sucking up to whoever he can for his life after office.  His big dream of going to DC of course didn't happen when the pantsuit queen lost the election. 
You know it's bad when his predecessor, Governor Rell, moved out of state. 

Why ?

Why do the Democrats and the liberal media feel that the government can't run unless they see President Trump's tax returns. If they spent half the time working for their constituents and doing the work of government as they spend on attacking president Trump and his family this would be an awesome place.
Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Richard Blumenthal, Chris Murphy, Dianne Feinstein, Elizabeth Warren and all the others should be voted out of office by their constituents for not doing their job.

Great day for Connecticut

Gov. Dannel Malloy announced he will NOT run for a 3rd term.  There is a God. That piece of garbage has done more damage than ever and it will take a couple of generations to undo that damage.

Way to go Prez

Like him or not, you have to applaud the actions of our president. After the atrocities of using sarin gas over in Syria, he finally did what the previous president would not.  It's nice to know we finally have a pair of balls back in the white house again.

Connecticut Past

I think back to a time when you really could say "The Great State of Connecticut". I grew up there. We had no state income tax, no Lottery, no casinos, no bottle bill, a lower gas tax and lower tobacco costs, and it was a great place to live and grow up. Now we have all of those things that I mentioned, and there seems to be a terrible way of life here. People are leaving by the dozens every week to go to other states where the cost of living is more economical. It seems like the democratic party in Connecticut constantly spends and creates huge deficits with projections of even higher deficits. So now , in all there infinite wisdom, they want to double the bottle bill to $0.10 per can and bottle , are considering legalizing recreational marijuana that will be highly taxed, adding toll booths to the highways and going up on the gas and tobacco tax once again. The governor has cut money to municipalities,  which trickles down to the towns increasing property taxes to make up that shortfall. There is even talk of increasing the sales tax again.
It hurts me to see this happen to a state that is so beautiful in its environment and landscape. Unfortunately, I am one of those people that has left the state to live in a place that I can afford.
Until they do something about the abused welfare system in the state of Connecticut and the rampant spending by the Democratic Party , it will never get better.

Class Act

I watched the Academy of Country Music Awards last night. It was truly a class act.  Unlike other award shows in recent times, there was no political criticism or disrespectful treatment of our new President. The music was good and from the heart. Maybe the overpaid celebs in Hollywood now know what the people really want.  The music came first. 

Another sad day for America

So as the Democrats pump out their chests and boast a victory over the healthcare act, the only thing accomplished was a weakening of government. President Trump is correct,  just sit back and watch Obamacare fall apart and then bask in the sunshine of saying "I told you so".  That's not the best thing for the Americans that need health care insurance, but unfortunately that's the way things have to be. When Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi are up for reelection I guess the people that got screwed in this deal will be able to respond in kind to them in the fashion of withheld votes.
I actually heard Senator Richard Blumenthal from Connecticut state tonight that he watched trumpcare implode. So how does something that has never taken effect implode?   Talking morons to listening morons.  Be smarter than that. Ask the right questions and make up your own minds.

Job well done

Our President is doing what hasn't been done before.  He's keeping his promises that were made on the campaign trail. And he's doing it regardless of all the liberal noise. 
I was appalled to see the group going by the name ' indivisible' actually has a Playbook that they were sending around to people. This book states right in it that it is designed to disrupt the peaceful flow of government. Whether you like it or not, he is our president for 4 years. Deal with it.

You have to give him credit

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Whether you like Donald Trump or not, he is the first president to make good on his campaign promises. He is draining the Washington swamp, and people are nervous. The Relentless daily protests and arguments that keep coming up are solidifying Mr Trump's supporters.
CBS and their constant display of disrespect for our president and the office that he holds is Despicable. Leslie Moonves the CEO of CBS needs to put a muzzle on Stephen Colbert and James Corden and stop letting shows that CBS host such as the Grammys become political platforms for the Democratic Party. For years late night talk show hosts have made jokes and took shots at our political figures, but occasionally and in moderation. Don't these networks realize that the people that voted Mr. Trump in are their audiences as well. I, being one of those people, am sick and tired of hearing a half hour at the beginning of every show berating the man that I voted for.
I was pretty faithful to watching CBS News and CBS late night comedy, but have changed to a different Channel.
I encourage all of my readers to do the same. If you are sick of listening to the constant barrage of BS, change the channel. I think a boycott of some of these liberal channels especially CBS, CNN, and MSNBC will teach them all a lesson that not everybody out there watching television is a liberal Democrat.

You are a young team with a bright future in front of you. However there is no excuse for losing a game when you were ahead 28 to 3. You had a phenomenal first half, but you have to play both halves of a game.

He's consistent

You have to give Obama credit for being consistent. After returning from his two-week holiday vacation in Hawaii during the second week of January, he announced that when he leaves office two weeks later, he needs a vacation somewhere warm and was shuttled off to Palm Springs after the inauguration. Appears he went from the Palm Springs vacation to the British Virgin Islands to stay at a Millionaire's mansion. The media makes a big deal about showing him in flip-flops and wearing his baseball cap on backwards like all the assholes do in the ghettos.

Ashamed

Well ,so much for a peaceful transfer of power. I guess the new Democratic game plan is to cause chaos nationwide for 4 years or until George S. Decided to stop funding it.  I don't see a single Democratic leader trying to curb the demonstrations and telling people to give the new president a chance.  Like pissing gasoline on a fire, they are enjoying it. All of their constituents that don't agree with this should remember these days when their elections come up. I am ashamed of these people that are taking sides with unknown persons trying to enter our country over the attempts of our president trying to keep us safe. The media is sensationalizing everything , once again, and allowing the rest of the world to see what these snot nosed little liberal, sore loser crybabies are doing to disrupt things.  I I promised to keep all my blogs clean from now on, so I can't say what I really want to. After 8 years of treating our military service men and women like complete crap, our military just stuck it to Obama in a huge way, in a public display that left Obama completely embarrassed on Wednesday night.

After hilariously deciding to nominate himself for the prestigious Distinguished Public Service Medal, Obama attended his farewell ceremony at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in Virginia on Wednesday, which was supposed to be a highly-celebrated final event honoring him as the military’s Commander-in-Chief

But as Obama made his way to the podium after accepting his self-appointed award for his “service” to the military, a packed stadium and thunderous applause was quite the opposite scene that greeted him, as he scanned the auditorium with his nose in the air.

 

 

Everyone could immediately see the alarm set in on Obama’s face as he looked around the auditorium, only to see rows and rows of empty chairs filling the stadium. Hilariously, the only people even there to hear him drone on about his “accomplishments” were the Soldiers who were actually in the ceremony, and forced to be there as part of their military duties.

After 8 years of committing treason against the American people and getting more of our service men and women killed by continuing to release Muslim terrorists from GITMO, what happened to Obama on Wednesday night couldn’t have been more deserving. Despite how many awards this treasonous ass decides to give himself, to most of our military, he will always be remembered as the leader who did nothing but strengthen our enemies during his entire tenure as president.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our new Prez

Today was a beautiful day for America.  Our new president is going to be the breath of fresh air that we've needed.  I was at the inauguration today, went to a couple of receptions and then off to one of the inaugural balls.  We will make America great again.

I'm sure all the Hollywood elite are enjoying what's happening with their investments thanks to Donald Trump.  What a bunch of hipocrites.  they have plenty of money and most own villas in other countries, they should move there. 

Dumped on Prom Night

  The most notable damage was located deep in the VIP room of the Clinton camp. A custom  150 inch ultra HD TV, a gift from the Saudi Arabian government, was found with a broken screen. The damage was caused by a $950,000 bottle of champagne that was believed to have been thrown at the screen by the former presidential candidate some time during the election.
  
  Early in the morning, the custodial staff were greeted by flipped-over tables as the floors were covered with expensive food, drinks, and appetizers. Broken champagne flutes and gilded silverware were also seen scattered around the would-be party room.

  A former staffer, who was fired during the rampage, said that the atmosphere around Clinton went from "queen of the hour" to "the girl who was dumped on prom night" in only a few moments.  
  
  Hillary Clinton reportedly became “physically violent” towards her own campaign staff after she realized she had lost the presidential election, according to radio host Todd Kincannon. “CNN reporter tells me Hillary became physically violent towards Robby Mook and John Podesta around midnight; had to be briefly restrained,” tweeted Kincannon.
  
  It was Podesta who was sent out to talk to Hillary’s dejected supporters shortly before Hillary called Donald Trump to concede, with Clinton nowhere to be seen until the following day.
  
  When asked about rumors that Hillary was drunk on election night, Kincannon responded, “She was. I posted about that too. She was in a “psychotic drunken rage” according to my reporter friend. Doctor added sedatives to the mix.”
  
  Kincannon then claimed that CNN blocked the reporter from publishing what would have been a bombshell story.  “The CNN reporter didn’t fail to report it. His editors will not let him. CNN  has banned all “Hillary in the bunker” stories,” he  tweeted.
  
  Secret  Service officials and other staff who  worked closely alongside Hillary have previously reported her problems with angry tantrums on numerous occasions. Last year it was also reported that Clinton ’s own campaign staffers feared she could have a serious meltdown and that Hillary had  “been having screaming, child-like tantrums that have left staff members in tears and unable to work.” In addition to claims that she became irate, author Ed Klein said a source told him Hillary cried  inconsolably to a friend after the results came in, blaming FBI director Comey and President Barack Obama for not doing enough to stop the FBI investigation into her email scandal.
