Connecticut; Confused and Stupid

Gotta love the Dems.  Stub Hub is moving out of Connecticut and going to Utah. ESPN laid off another 150 people and Konica Minolta is moving its entire operation to New Jersey. But the Democrats here are just worried about hiding illegals in sanctuary churches.
And then there's UConn. The Republican students there invited a controversial conservative speaker. They started a mini Riot and stole his speech off the lectern, then they arrested him for going to get it back from the thief. Now UConn students are protesting that the school should never have allowed him to come their school and speak. Apparently there is only 1st amendment rights for liberals and not for Republicans.
And as of today, December 1st, cigarettes went up $4.50 per carton , all tax.  I don't smoke, but I sympathize with this group of people who are addicted to nicotine. This is an addiction like any other addiction. But yet they seem to be discriminated against. Connecticut mismanaged their funds and ran into problems again, so they penalize the state employees and the smokers.  Maybe they should put in an air tax. After all, we have to breathe. And they wonder why people are leaving the state by the hundreds every day and businesses are relocating to other states.
