The MeToo movement

I find it amazing that there are as many casting couches and perverted men taking advantage of women.  I knew it happened, but had no idea it was that widespread. Holier -than-though news reporters and movie producers with 60+ accusers, they can't all be lying. It's disgusting.  But, as always in this blog, we try to look at the total picture.
First,. Do the accusers share any of the responsibility ? Many of these guys claim they were under the impression that acts were concentual.  Can this be true ? Have women ever tried to use their sexuality to rise in the ranks or get ahead. Some of them have waited 30-40 years to come forward.
Second,  do these accusers dress provocatively because maybe they were attracted to their boss that may have been a man of great celebrity and power.
Lastly,. Does the penalty fit the crime ?
Should a man who was maybe teased and provoked into playing a little grab ass over 40 years ago when he was in his 20's now be ousted from mega millions of dollars positions and lose the empire they spent 4 decades  creating.
It reminds me of how people over react to thing that they may have heard about without considering the consequences. Like Paula Deen,. She used the 'N' word almost 30 years ago (when it wasn't called the 'N' word). She did this only 1 time. The price she paid was the loss of her $100 million dollar empire. Sponsors jumped ship on her, she lost 3 TV shows on the Food Network, business dropped at her restaurant, sales of her cookbooks dropped and people just hated her. 
You tell me if that was a proper response to her 1word 3+ decades ago.
In closing,. No women should ever be raped. But also, if you have a great ass, and you know it, don't put it in a short, black, tight dress then stick it in the face of a male and act surprised if you get a little love tap on it. Then use that 3 decades later to try and destroy him. Speak up immediatly, let him know how you feel and I can almost guarantee that it will never happen again.
