Can It Get More Ridiculous

Only in a democratic State like Connecticut can something stupid like this happen. They actually are introducing a Senate bill to make a law  providing free feminine hygiene supplies in school bathrooms. They say that students can't afford tampons or pads so they should be supplied for free. Others say they'll only be stolen. If they can't afford them for school, they can't afford them for home. Why should it be our responsibility? What's next ?
