It's not very often that you see me defending a Democrat. In the case of the governor of Virginia and this whole black face thing, I back the guy. He went on to complete college , he completed medical school , he had a great career as a physician, and now the guy decides to serve public office. There's a little to be said for that. He's smart and appears to have good ideas. I don't know what the problem is. A picture in a yearbook from over 35 years ago comes up, and they make a big stink out of it. Don't ever let it be said that the The Ranting Captain isn't fair. Back in the 80s many people imitated Michael Jackson or wore KKK bedsheets. We all wore shoe polish on our face and tried to do the moonwalk, and we all just we're having fun at the time. Nobody back in the 1980s was saying racist or hurtful or anything else. People would laugh and say oh you make a good Michael Jackson. Leave the guy alone ,get on with your lives.
