Connecticut's Stupid Legislators

Once again the bookends (dumbass senators) from Connecticut are on their gun control soapbox. Both Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal are once again screaming for gun-control along with congresswoman Rosa Delauro. Problem is, this time the shooter used a shotgun. I'd be willing to bet you , that if you asked the survivors, they would tell you they wished somebody was armed in that building today. There just might have been more survivors.

Maryland Newspaper Shooting

It's always sad when there is a major shooting. Some people will say that it's because there's no gun control. That is a false statement. The reason I get sad when I hear of these mass shootings,  is because I know they can be prevented. When I was listening to one of the witnesses speak on the news, he said that there was a terrible feeling to hear the man shooting and then hear the calm as he stopped to reload. To me , while he's reloading would be a great time for somebody who was armed to take him out. If everybody would get off their soapbox and stop blaming legal gun owners for all the problems in the country, they would realize that. There were five dead and others wounded, maybe it could have been stopped with one dead saving four lives.  I guarantee you will not hear Larry Hogan, the Republican governor of Maryland, start preaching that we need more gun control. Maryland has always been a very Democratic State. They are also one of the strictest States as far as guns go.  Wake up people, good guys with guns save lives.

Busy day today

The good news is that Supreme Court Justice  Kennedy is going to retire. That allows president Trump to nominate another person to the bench. The Democrats are already out of their mind over this , talking about how there's going to be a major battle. Good old Chuck Schumer was on his bully pulpit again ringing his hands. That might be why people in New York chose a 28 year old Democratic female bartender over a 10-term incumbent congressman for the November election.
Also Peter Strzok was in front of the Congressional committee today answering questions for over 9 hours. I guess I still don't understand why that was closed door and why his answers were so confidential. When they interviewed representative Goodlatte who was asking the questions, he stated that the FBI's lawyer instructed Strzok not to answer many of the questions. But the ones that he did answer about the emails pertaining to the slander towards president Trump, he said he couldn't comment on. Why is it so confidential. It should have been televised and open to the public.
Lastly, I noticed that Dianne Feinstein, Frederica Wilson, Elizabeth Warren, Chris Murphy, Bill Nelson and Maxine Waters are all up for re-election in November. Wouldn't it be great if all those seats were taken by the Republicans. Need I say more.

Governor Malloy,. Again

The wonderful, yes I'm kidding, Governor Dan Malloy from Connecticut , chimed in on the Travel ban. Now here's a real Authority on things. If you don't believe me , just Google who is the worst governor in the United States. You will see they come up with Chris Christie for number one, but he's not a governor anymore. Number two  is Dan Malloy from Connecticut ,which means he moves into the number one slot ,  go figure.

Supreme Court got it right

Today the Supreme Court finally ruled that President Trump's travel ban was right. Of course the Liberals on the left , even though we got a Supreme Court ruling, say that it's wrong. As usual the idiot Senator Chris Murphy from Connecticut is against the Supreme Court ruling because after all , he thinks he knows best.
Let's look at  the reason why we have this travel ban.  People coming from those countries are not being screened the way our TSA screens us here in the United States. People from those countries can basically pack anything they want and bring it over here with them  and detonate it. They just hate to see our president get any kind of victory. Even if it's to keep them and their families safer. 

Big Brave Liberals

They organize and get Sarah Huckabee Sanders thrown out of a restaurant, they heckle the Attorney General from the state of Florida when going to see a movie and they chant at the Secretary of Homeland Security when she's out with her family in a restaurant. And then an asshole like congresswoman Maxine Waters, Democrat from California, encourages people to do this whenever they see Trump supporters at a gas station or a restaurant or a department store.
Aren't these the people who talk about womens rights ?  I can't help but to notice that these big Brave liberals all pick on women. I would love for  them to come up to one of our NRA, gun-toting, Republican members and pull that crap with us. We would expose them for the little bitches that they are.
Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and the rest of you go on notice, our people are not going to tolerate this much longer.

Wasted money

Connecticut taxpayers should be outraged. Five lawmakers spent your tax dollars to travel to Texas to the Mexican border just for the sake of a photo op. They all got to go on TV and say this is what should happen. Of course they're all Democrats.

Peter Strzok

Peter Strzok ,slimeball FBI agent extrordinaire.  Did you notice that CBS and NBC never mentioned his name after the IG's report came out.  Those so-called media people should share a cell with him.

Hear, Hear

A pastor in Washington state who is also a firefighter and an EMT, is now a hero. You've seen me write before about a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy. Well there was an armed carjacking going on in Washington state at a Walmart store and this pastor pulled out his firearm , shot and killed the bad guy. Buy that man a drink and give him a medal.

Open a travel lane

They should open a 1,700 mile travel lane from the Mexican border to the Canadian border. Run it through California, they love being liberal. Canada will take everyone. They walked 1,500+ miles through Mexico from Central American places  like El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala. The travel lane should be a walk in the park for them. We can give them water stations, mileage markers and all the Democrats in CA can bring them food. Win, Win

Richmond VA dumbest capital.

So Richmond Virginia is going to take the Stewart Elementary School named after JEB Stewart and renamed it the Barack H Obama Elementary School. They claim that the black students were offended because JEB Stewart was somebody who had slaves way back in the Confederate days. They must be pretty smart kids, I didn't even know who JEB Stewart was. I had to look him up. If they would rather have their school named after the biggest loser and worst president we've ever had in history , I guess that's something to cheer for.

Democrats will never be happy

Democrats are such sore losers that they will never be happy as long as they are not in power. They screamed and yelled about separating children from parents, so president Trump signs an executive order saying no more separation. You think that would make them happy? No! Now they're screaming that  he can't do that, the law says you can't detain children for more than 20 days. Some of them will be reunited with parents that are going to be detained for more than 20 days. There is just no pleasing them. They will constantly cry and moan and groan, and when you give them what they finally want, they will ask for more. Just like a bunch of spoiled little brat kids.

Immigration issues

Doesn't it just figure that Senator Blumenthal from Connecticut would be in a news conference against the immigration issues. They're fond of showing everybody talking about being separated from their families and the reasons for staying here in the United States, a lot of them through interpreters. Nobody puts a microphone in front of them and asks "what do you plan to contribute to the United States? What is your education ? What is your craft that you can offer to stay here? They all just want us to become a huge refugee camp and feed the people, clothe them, give them free healthcare and housing. I don't know if I can go to another country and get all that. The next fight will be the Democrats wanting them to be able to vote.

Civi War in the US

When you consistently reject the results of elections that you don't win, what you have is a dictatorship.

  Your very own dictatorship.

  The only legitimate exercise of power in this country, according to Democrats, is its own. Whenever Republicans exercise power, it's inherently illegitimate. The Democrats lost Congress. They lost the White House. So what did they do? They began trying to run the country through Federal judges and bureaucrats. Every time that a Federal judge issues an order saying that the President of the United States can't scratch his own back without his say so, that's the civil war.

  Our system of government is based on the constitution, but that's not the system that runs this country. The Democrat's system is that any part of government that it runs gets total and unlimited power over the country.

  If the Democrats are in the White House, then the president can do anything. And I mean anything. He can have his own amnesty for illegal aliens. He can fine you for not having health insurance. His power is unlimited. He's a dictator.

  But when Republicans get into the White House, suddenly the President can't do anything. He isn't even allowed to undo the illegal alien amnesty that his predecessor illegally invented. A Democrat in the White House has 'discretion' to completely decide every aspect of immigration policy. A Republican doesn't even have the 'discretion' to reverse him. That's how the game is played That's how our country is run. Sad but true, although the left hasn't yet won that particular fight.

 When a Democrat is in the White House, states aren't even allowed to enforce immigration law. But when a Republican is in the White House, states can create their own immigration laws. Under Obama, a state wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom without asking permission. But under Trump, Jerry Brown can go around saying that California is an independent republic and sign treaties with other countries.

 The Constitution has something to say about that.

  Whether it's Federal or State, Executive, Legislative or Judiciary, the left moves power around to run the country. If it controls an institution, then that institution is suddenly the supreme power in the land. This is what I call a moving dictatorship.

  Donald Trump has caused the Shadow Government to come out of hiding: Professional government is a guild. Like medieval guilds. You can't serve in if you're not a member. If you haven't been indoctrinated into its arcane rituals. If you aren't in the club. And Trump isn't in the club. He brought in a bunch of people who aren't in the club with him.

  Now we're seeing what the pros do when amateurs try to walk in on them. They spy on them, they investigate them and they send them to jail. They use the tools of power to bring them down.

  That's not a free country.

  It's not a free country when FBI agents who support Hillary take out an 'insurance policy' against Trump winning the election. It's not a free country when Obama officials engage in massive unmasking of the opposition. It's not a free country when the media responds to the other guy winning by trying to ban the conservative media that supported him from social media. It's not a free country when all of the above collude together to overturn an election because the guy who wasn't supposed to win did.

 Have no doubt, we're in a civil war between conservative volunteer government and a leftist Democrat professional government.

Time to act , people

After the pathetic Tony Awards the other night and the statement made by Robert De Niro, it's time to act. If all of us that are on the Trump train and believe in a better America were to just not go to the movies anymore, you would see a change. The Hollywood Elite and snobs have finally pushed their agenda too far. They want all of us to spend our hard-earned money to go see shows that make them millionaires, and then basically spit in our face for what we believe to be right.
Robert De Niro owes our President an apology. He's aging and is a washed-up actor and is trying to get his Five Minutes of Fame in the spotlight again. And to see the audience erupt into applause for him was disgusting. They all enjoy what President Trump has done for the stock market and made them even wealthier. They remind me of the people that talk bad about the police , and then get into a jam and the first person they call is a cop.
Just a bunch of overpaid hipocrits. They're kind of like the overpaid NFL football players that disrespect our flag and our national anthem.

Correct me if I'm wrong

The special counsel Robert Mueller was tasked with seeing if there was any Russian collusion in the 2016 election. How is it that he is investigating the Stormy Daniels incident and attorney Michael Cohen.  Now rumors are swirling around that Michael Cohen is going to flip on President Trump.  Hello, have you ever heard of attorney-client privilege? And what in the world is Mueller doing investigating money deals and thousands of documents obtained from Michael Cohen's Home and Office?

Catholic Church vs Government ??

A couple hundred Catholic Bishops are having a two-day meeting in Fort Lauderdale. They say they will punish Catholics that enforce the government's immigration laws. I thought there was some kind of separation between church and state. And how do you punish them? Are you going to tell him that they're not allowed to go to church on Sunday anymore. My conspiracy theory mind tells me that the Democratic party has got their hooks into the church.  Too bad they didn't take a harder stand on pedophelia. One of the Bishops came out and stated that people that belong to the church should vote for Representatives that encourage immigration. Another Bishop from Arizona stated that people that don't have the same beliefs as them ( the liberal church) should be either excommunicated or not allowed to receive the sacraments. And they wonder why people are turning away from the church.

Proud of my President

I am proud of my president. He has accomplished what 8 years of Bill Clinton and eight years of Obama couldn't do. If North Korea keeps their end of the deal, then the world is a safer place. President Donald Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.

Democrats would like to ruin Republican states the same way they've ruined the states they control.

There was a debate amongst 4  Democratic hopefuls for governor of Florida the other night. Every one of them has big expensive plans they would love to implement. Tens of thousands of teachers would get big raises, big gun control, no more stand your ground law, and a whole bunch of other things that would be costly to implement.  Many states that they do control like Connecticut ,Massachusetts, Maryland and  California are all in the red , hemorrhaging money and people becoming more dependent on social services. They will try and do the same thing if elected in States like Florida. We enjoy a certain freedom from personal income tax and freedom from property taxes on our vehicles . We also enjoy Homestead exemptions on our property taxes on homes. The state is on good economic footings and thrives from Industries such as tourism. Enjoy life, vote Republican.

Irony

Ironically,. The State of Florida has passed a law that there must be an armed security guard in every school starting August 15th. Wow, all these kids are screaming about no guns. The state realizes that the only way to stop a bad guy  with a gun is with a good guy with a gun.

CBS, The liberal cause,. Again

We're all used to my rants about the late night idiots like Steven Colbert and James Corden but CBS never quits.  Tonight's Tony Awards will have a tribute to the Parkland kids again. And a Tony Award will be given to one of the Parkland Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School teachers. Maybe she deserves it but enough is enough pushing the Democratic gun control agenda. By spotlighting these events that is their intention.  .

Sadness

It's sad to be alone. Last night my next door neighbor passed away. He was in failing health for a while and wanted to do Hospice Care at home. He was quite a character. He once started and owned a very successful company that owned its own planes and he amassed a small fortune. But as the years went on he had no family, no Aunts ,Uncles ,cousins , sons or daughters. It was just him and his wife. She has been in a state of dementia for a while requiring 24-hour aids to be with her. In passing, his wish was meager. A company called the Neptune Society picked up his body at the house. They do a very cheap $600 cremations and spread the ashes at sea. There is no wake, no obituary, no services just a wife left home alone with her aids and doesn't understand that he's gone. Many people in the neighborhood got to know him very well ,and enjoyed his company when he was with us. He will be missed and in the fall we hope to have a memorial service for him. RIP Del.

Connecticut waste,. Again

Here we go again. A state representative, Juan Candelaria, has managed to get 1.5 million dollars for the Puerto Rican people that are living in Connecticut displaced by the hurricane. That hurricane was a long time ago. The island has their electricity back. If you've read my previous posts,  you know that there is no incentive for these people to go back home. We are putting them up in hotels, with maid service, supplying them with food, educating their kids and giving them money. And they don't have to do a thing for it. Now the state of Connecticut, which is supposedly broke, has managed to waste another one and a half million dollars. In his news conference, he states that we have an obligation to educate our kids. These are not our kids. He also states that we need more services because they are bilingual. Oh well, learn the language. If you move here, and you get a job and  work here, it's a different story.

Lots of 'Connecticut is stupid ' news today

So we'll start with the minor ones first.

New London is starting a pilot program to bring in a world-class Chef to make school lunches. This is a city that has talked before about closing schools and having financial difficulties but yet they think they can afford this.

Next is the State Bond Commission looking to create 4000 new jobs they are targeting 80 million dollars to give to 16 companies to hire those people. You divide 4000 into 80 million and you can see how much money they're spending to employee each person.

So Governor Malloy was once again on television touting his drop-in numbers of incarcerated people. That's because he's been kicking them all out lately letting them roam the streets to get arrested again. One headline in today's paper talks about a juvenile car thief that was arrested for the 7th time. How is it some good people can go 50 and 60 years without ever being arrested once ,, but a 17 year old can get arrested 7 times for the same crime. Does it sound like he's learned his lesson ?? no, all he's learned  is that he can keep stealing cars and they will just keep kicking him loose.

This is Connecticut at its finest. It's the time for commencement ceremonies at many universities.  Most of these graduates are thinking in the back of their head they can't wait to get out of this state and start a career somewhere else where they can afford to live.
